Rippling Pain

$840.00

14 x 20

watercolor

I know the evil eye tends to be more folklore. But I do think our minds are very powerful. THey say that some villagers would hush any good things that came upon them or hush those that’d praise them for fear of the evil eye. The evil eye being the jealous envious individuals who can’t stand seeing others shine because it irritates whats not shining in them. So instead of them reflecting on themselves they redirect sending the invisible daggers on those individuals. The question is how does one deal with this. How do you prove what is not seen but felt.

This piece is that moment when you can feel their pain and anger. That process of learning how to emotionally and fully own our own autonomous selves with love without taking on their pain that is rippling through you.
